Hi - I was on Lenzetto for nearly a year and also found the dose inconsistent.  Also I found going up a whole spray at once was too much for me as I am stupidly sensitive to dose changes and had to tape off the opening to achieve half a spray which was a real faff.  It did give me a good level for a while but then for some reason seemed to stop working for me so am now on Estradot patches and await my next blood test in March to see how well I am absorbing on them.  Lenzetto was very easy to use but I certainly found the dose inconsistent and I seem to remember having to use a new one before it was supposed to have run out.  I do think too that it is not as potent as was first thought. It certainly is a case of what suits one person may not suit another and vice versa xx

I am new to the site, but wanted to share with the group my own experiences with Lenzetto pump spray. My Pharmacy thought I was making it all up. Said they hadn't had anyone else complaining about the product. Made me feel very stupid.

 I love the product and hate the gel alternative BUT the last three pumps have all failed well before the 56 days. I find myself pumping the canister 3-5 times and guessing at the correct dosage for me.

I have approached Gedeon Richter about the problem and am awaiting a response.
