I was investigating potential thyroid issues a while ago and found the Thyroid UK forum on Health Unlocked. If you haven't already, it night be worth posting on there. They're a mine of information.

The other thing to bear in mind are your other vitamin levels, including vit D, but also iron.

Again, disregard if you've already done this, but a full iron panel, including ferritin might be worth doing to see if anythings going on there.

There is such a thing as iron deficiency without anaemia. I had this with a low ferritin reading and supplementing with iron completely lifted my mood within a short time.

Just a note for anyone reading that we shouldn't supplement iron withoutout testing first, as it is possible to have too much iron.

Hope that helps.  :)

Hi, sorry you are suffering. If it’s any consolation, you took the words out of my mouth! You described exactly how I feel and I thought I was going mad. You have brightened my day just knowing I’m not alone. I am not taking any medication – I don’t want it. I take high-quality CBD oil which does really help with that shaky feeling I used to get every morning. I also have started magnesium and eat plenty of blueberries which seem to help with my mood and depression. I do get the old mood swing however where I go completely flat but you might want to try the above if you don’t want medication. I wish you all the best getting out and walking really does help however.
