Hi girls. Was doing good until today...started worrying again about why I've taken the diarrhea at the start of my last 2 periods. Have myself really anxious again 😪. Anyone experienced anything similar in the first year of peri. All encompassing health anxiety and this episode of diarrhea just before and during my period (takes about a week for my bowels to settle). Sorry for going on amd on xx

4 many years, 10 mins B4 a bleed started, I would have to dash to the loo even if a period wasn't due.  No arguments. 4 me it was hormonal upheaval and I expect that it is for you also.
