Dizziness may well be a peri symptom.  Keep hydrated as well as nibbling if possible. Not easy as I am aware.

Were U told why the MRI has been requested?  I have a nerve in the back of my neck which when I move makes me feel odd, a moment of 'ohh!' 😮 then gone.

Once anxiety kicks in we notice symptoms that may be there previously but those become biggies.

Starting from your toes: stretch, hold, relax - all the way up the body, focussing on each muscle group.  Rest!

Just before all this started we had a very minor car accident. No injuries at the time. But about 3 weeks after my neck was very sore, then ok but I’m wondering if something going on. I’ve mentioned it to three docs who all dismissed it but the last one suggested an MRI to check we aren’t missing anything. You’re dead right about noticing every single twinge and symptom.

Could be whiplash.  This can affect the muscles from the cervical spine downwards and symptoms may emerge for weeks B4 2 and 2 are put together.  make a note of your symptoms, is there likely to be an Insurance Claim from either side?  [I've spent hours typing those!]
