Coping emotionally with menopausal symptoms - need help with research

Hi everyone, for my masters dissertation i am conducting an anonymous survey on the role of emotion regulation strategies, resilience, and coping in mitigating menopausal symptoms, and I would greatly appreciate your participation!
You can take part if you are going through any menopausal stage (perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause) and should take 10 minutes to complete.
