Hi all
Just really want to say that everything just hurts! Legs, hips, back, shoulders, boobs, ankles!! I feel 702! anyone else?

I get spells like this.  Fortunately it does pass, after a few days, sometimes a bit longer. 

I sometimes wonder if it fibromyalgia but it's not bad enough to go to the doctors.  I did once, when I had a very bad episode, which was after I had COVID.  The doctor put it down to that. 

These episodes do predate my covid infection, however.

Oh you’ve found the right place to moan, peri makes you feel like your body’s falling apart in slow motion. Some days I creak more than my front door!

It may well be a loss of oestrogen, the elasticity of the body.  As levels drop muscles may become lax = aches and pains.  Do U find that pain relief helps?
