Alcohol tolerance
« on: April 18, 2025, 08:51:31 AM »

Hi

I've had a scroll through and can see I am not alone in feeling horrendous after having a drink. Lessons (painful ones)learnt.

I'm meant to pop my sandrena on this morning, but scared it'll make me feel worse having read up on hormones and alcohol. Shall I just miss today's dose or wait a few hours until I feel better? Been up all night heart racing.

Hi

I’d use it tonight before bedtime. Then again when you usually put it on.
Yes, some woman can’t tolerate booze when meno starts, I don’t drink anyway, so it doesn’t bother me. 😇😂
I do fancy the odd glass wine or a lager sometimes, but I hate the way it makes me feel, so I don’t. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hope you feel better soon.
Xx

Get rid of the booze for 6 months then try again.  I've found that my taste buds alter too  ::)
