Another question-  has anyone used   P Happi?  Think I need to use something during the day to deal with soreness. There seems to be so many creams out there. Or is Yes better?

Its trial and error what will suit you personally. Yes is a very good natural product and popular.

I used Yes with no irritation. I've also used organic coconut oil.
