Feeling Low in peri + thigh pain
« on: March 01, 2025, 01:55:35 AM »

Hi everyone! I’m newly signed into the forum but have been reading for awhile. I’m 45 and struggling with peri menopause symptoms. Rage, depression, ovulation pain, low libido, thinning hair, etc etc etc. Most recently I’ve been having thigh pain in my right thigh and now my anxiety is up thinking it’s a blood clot or something sinister. Does anyone else get thigh pain in only one thigh? It’s the same side as I get pelvic pain. Just looking for comrades and support.

Hi.  If it was something serious it would have become worse ;-) and yes, I get pains in one part of me periodically which then alters it's position in the body  ::).

I've had sciatica for years, 18 months ago I was diagnosed with bursitis both hips and given exercises.  Also, many years ago I would wake n the early hours in extreme pain deep in the thigh, so painful I was unable to scream.  Eventually I realised that was caused due to bending over low cabinets during antique fairs!

As oestrogen levels drop off muscles may become lax = aches and pains.  Also the body may become dry: U may have read our threads about vaginal atrophy?  4warned is 4armed.
