Thanks ladies, just so I know for when my period comes.

I also don’t have POI I’ve been tested for that. My ovaries are still working and I’m still ovulating but the symptoms I’ve been having down there of itchy skin, is a symptom of peri menopause. I’ve read that the itchiness can be in certain areas, or all over and I seem to suffer with it down there, under my arms and on my breast, as well as randomly in other places.

Its one step at a time and lots of patience required. You have only just increased your dose of HRT and have just been given a pessary to ease symptoms down below. The only problem you have now is time, time for the treatment to take effect,  it can take as long as three months or more.
If after this period of time and you are still not happy and not feeling right, then ask for the Estriol cream.

I've learned in life not to rush things, you will get there eventually.

Even if you don't feel you need specialist menopause support, and it could be argued that someone under 40 who is needing systemic and vaginal menopause hormone therapy irrespective of a blood test, which can be unreliable in perimenopause, should be seen by someone with experience in treating younger women, if your genital symptoms don't improve there is in many areas an NHS vulval skin clinic.

It would be worth getting a referral there to confirm the diagnosis, exclude other conditions such as lichen sclerosis and optimise treatment - they could direct your GP regarding the prescription of topical treatment.

It’s just debilitating isn’t it  :'( do you get the itching front and back? Mine seems worse on a night time but I don’t know if that’s because I’m distracted with work during the day. It may be you need to increase your patches as I was on Evorel Sequi (50) and just got an increase to 75 which I’ll start next Tuesday on this cycle. I have also started Vagifem and noticed it’s more lubricated and plump down below already but the itching externally is still there. Hope you manage to get some relief when you are seen x
