Hi Ladies,
I am 47 and have been on hrt since July 2023...I have found the right balance in the last 6 months and I have found that less if more for me....
The last couple.of weeks however i have started to feel nauseous on and off, anxiety in the mornings, light headed and off balance...and this evening I have had an anxiety attack although small...it worried.me...has anyone else had this happen??? $:-\$

Are these the symptoms you had before hrt? It isn't unusual to need more oestrogen as your own production declines.
