Following swabs, a scan & biopsy for post menopause bleeding, my swab has shown positive for Group B Strep.
The nurse practioner had never heard of it, so took advice from a GP in the practice and I'm now on a weeks course of antibiotics.
I tested positive for it in my third pregnancy, so I knew a bit about it, but wasn't aware it could still be present/active outside of pregnancy.
I don't really have a question, it's just more of an observation 🤷♀️
