Hello from USA, Maryland! I have found this site extremely comforting being a lady,lol. It seems here in my area the need for assistance transitioning the stages of life is very limited. Probably finding a MD to actually listen to a patient that’s in tune with there body is the most difficult. More to follow in appropriate thread. Thank you so very much :) :bighug: :)

 :welcomemm:  browse round.  Make notes. Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use to chart progress.  As well as reminding us that there are better days ;-)
