Change in hrt patches help?
« on: June 04, 2025, 02:57:09 PM »

Recently had to change from fem seven patches as i had a reaction to the adhesive to evorel patches.i changed about 2wks ago now and since changing have felt extreme nausea and anxiety. Is this a usual thing that can happen when changing patches? Its getting almost unbearable.

It looks like you might be absorbing the Evorel better/worse than the Fem Seven. Nausea is usually a high estrogen symptom. Anxiety can be high or low. You could try cutting the patches in half and see if you feel better.... And it would also be good to get bloods done to see how much you are absorbing. You can test at home with the Randox home 'Tasso' (special sample kit thing, which goes on your shoulder and isn't a finger prick) for about £45 - their Female Hormones test.
