Where did U read all that SundayGirl, surely if it's that much of a possibility there should be warnings on all tea products?

It's not usually an issue since most people absorb sufficient iron anyway (with certain exceptions including diet or medical condition) and don't even know if they're lacking in iron until a GP tells them after routine bloods.
I probably found this on one of my many research sessions whilst discovering as much as I can about vitamins, minerals, supplements etc.
Why have you stopped taking Vitamin D? The majority of people in the UK are deficient, especially during the winter months.
