He has parkinsons and dementia so needs to be a specific one for his needs. We have a list of about 10 in our area that can meet his needs and seen about 4 of them, 3 ruled out and def won't even go visit. Still waiting on others getting back but no spaces in them and already big waiting lists.

Such hard work !  It's hard to find out the ratio of staffing too as we are always told 'we have enough'  :-\.

Had my GP appt today. Blood pressure was fine, ecg was normal, bloods were all normal but she did mention b12, folate and ferritin all quite low so she recommends a supplement but not enough for then to prescribe
As for the headaches and vertigo she thinks I may be having hemiplegic migraines so has prescribed me nortriptyline but not to start them til after me run of nigtshifts.
I also asked her to check my ears and she said I had bulged eustachian tubes so she prescribed a nasal spray.
