Hello again ladies.

I first came across Sauerkraut and how to make it on a YouTube channel, I then bought a book about fermenting various foods.

Penguin - Supermarkets sell Sauerkraut in the chiller cabinets and that is the one to try. There is a store cupboard version available on the shelves but all the good bacteria has been removed so it would not be a probiotic.
I have tried the chiller cabinet products and I do like them but I prefer my homemade version.

I hope this is helpful and take care ladies.

Have you tried kombucha and kefir? they seem to work for me. Kombucha is really cheap to make yourself, quite expensive in the shops
