Which symptom would you like to ease first?

Which HRT were U prescribed and why did U stop, U may have said elsewhere  :-\

Many alternatives are not tested as prescribed medications have been.  Some help for a while but benefits may be lost when our hormones become less.

Some should not be taken for longer than 3 months at a time and certainly not with prescribed medication.

VitD levels are important, have U had those as well as thyroid function blood tests recently?

:bighug:  I would sob the night B4 a bleed began, even when a period wasn't due.

MayB have a lookC at the Holland and Barrett website for starters ........ 'black cohash' springs to mind.  But don't rely on meno-brain here  ::). There are anti-depressants that relief hot flushes too.
