Hi, I just wanted to say don't overlook the combined pill as an option - this can be both easier to obtain and offer superior quality of life in younger women vs menopause hormone therapy, even if you don't need contraception.
The pill is strong enough to suppress your own cycle so you don't need to bleed at all if you take it continuously like I do, and gets rid of all the hormonal ups and downs.
Both bleeding and hormonal fluctuations can be exacerbated by sequential HRT which is what is typically prescribed if still having periods.
Obviously go for the option that suits you best but it's important to know there is more than one choice.
