Hi I'm 43 and new to the group. I am looking for advice before I speak with my GP. I using vagifem every other night. This only relieves the dryness and itching but I am still really struggling with frequent irritation in my bladder, cannot have sex because it's uncomfortable and I have no libido and struggle with arousal. Sex triggers more UTI symptoms. On top of this I am pretty low, grumpy and anxious, have headaches half the month and have periods every 20 days. My progesterone is very low but because my oestrogen seemed ok my GP suggested I hold off HRT. I don't get hot flushes but struggle with feeling cold. Should I push for more HRT?
