Hi everyone, I’m 43 and on 1mg Sandrena and cyclical Utrogestan (200mg from day 15 to 26 of my cycle). It seems to be really helping my joint pain and sleep, but my cycle has gone from 26/27 days to 32/33 and I feel awful in the lead up to my period (terrible pains, grumpy/angry & just wanting my period to come). Could it be that the amount of Sandrena I’m taking? I was on Oestrogel and that sent me crazy and seemed to stop my periods and I’m much better on the Sandrena but I hate these long cycles. The doctor told me I could take as much oestrogen as I like because I seemed sensible so hasn’t been very helpful 🤦‍♀️. All advice welcomed!
