Utrogestan puffy eyes
« on: October 13, 2024, 08:30:11 AM »

Hi again everyone
So I’ve been on 100mg utrogestan at night
Might be coincidence but I know it can make you have a deeper sleep potentially
But I’m waking with really bad eye bags
More than I’d usually have
Not in the greatest place at the moment so there may be some added factors such as crying and maybe the odd evening drink … but is it known to cause this also?
Thank you
x

Crying can cause baggy eyes and as oestrogen levels drop this may be a factor.  What support do you have for your current issues?

Hey
Am having some therapy and have some great friends too
Yeah I think it’s a combo just didn’t know if it was a known thing like water retention related kind of thing you know?
Thank you x

Hi someone else started a thread on this very thing quite recently. I think it was Midnightstalker that started it. I can't remember the title but it had eye bags in it I  think. Might be worth taking a look. I think she was trialing different types of progesterone to deal with the problem x
