HRT
« on: October 11, 2024, 09:08:32 PM »

Hi there all,
I have been on HRT for a few years now and I have an appointment booked in a couple of weeks with my GP.
I am really concerned about what would happen if I come off my Evorei patches and have some anxiety at the prospect.
I am 66 years old.
I have suffered from depression in the past and am on antidepressants at the moment.
I don't want to be railroaded into coming off HRT, but obviously don't know how I'll be if I do!.
I also don't do the cold winter months.
If anyone has any views/comments/help it would be very much appreciated.
Thank you for reading  :)

There's no need to stop if you don't want to. The NICE guidelines used to stay stop at 60 but now there us no age limit.
