No success for me, racing heart rate kicked back in last evening whilst I was sitting on the sofa. Remained higher overnight.
There was a typo in my post yesterday, I moved to 1 x 100 (I typed 1 x 200 in error).
I'm going to try to keep going and see what happens. I've got a thyroid scan in a couple of weeks

Really sorry to hear that Seasidegirl - how is the progesterone dose going now?
Hi Furyan, thanks for asking, I did 2 nights on 1 x 100 utro orally but the symptoms were straight back (unlike previous months where it took a number of days). I switched to 1 x 100 vaginally and it's not bad, bit mixed really, 1st night still quite symptomatic but seems to be improving.
I don't have the significant symptoms I was having so that's a definite improvement but I still don't feel great. I can't imagine feeling like this all of the time on a continuous regime but maybe once I can tolerate a regime I'll get used to it? Dunno.
I've got an ENT appointment next week for them to look at my thyroid goitre so I'll see what they say. I've then got a GP appointment the following week. I'd really like an endocrine referral but I think as my TSH is right on the bottom of the reference range I've got little chance of that happening and I'll probably end up paying for a private referral to try to get someone to look at the whole issue.
How are you getting on?
