Testosterone and pimples
« on: October 02, 2024, 07:49:59 AM »

Morning ladies. I'm just at 3 months of trying testogel and I'm having a blood test today to check my levels. Aside from a few other positive changes since starting, I'm getting pimples ugh! Just on my chin which is where I had them as a teenager.
I know it can be a side effect but just wonder if those who have experienced the same, do things settle in time or will I always have this side effect?
I really hope not because aside from how they look, they're quite sore. Shame the rest of my body isn't back to behaving like a teenager!!

So I'm getting concerned now that others haven't experienced this, just me?

Hi,
I was on androfeme for 6 months and it definitely made my skin more oily and had a few spots but nothing major...I stopped using it as unfortunately it did not have any benefits for me overall.  :)

Hi,

I am on Tostran and it definitely made my skin greasy and have teenage type spots. I changed my skin care to deal with the greasy skin which reduced thr frequency of breakouts.

After maybe 4 or 5 months my skin settled and 12 months later my skin is back to normal (ie fairly dry) and I very very rarely get spots.

Good luck

Thank you. I've noticed my skin is more oily too. I do use a 'breakout' cream so I guess I'll gave to start cleansing. Haven't done that fir years either!
