Changed from 50 patches to 75 and period is late

I have been on evorel 50 sequi since November. Over past 6 weeks I noticed my peri symptoms starting to creep back so doctor has put me on evorel 75 and tablets. Due to change to 3rd patch in the first pack and period was due weds or Thurs.  Got all my period symptoms but no bleeding. Is this normal. When I started on the 50 patches my periods were still as regular as normal

Morning.  Sorry that U didn't get a response.  It may be that your hormones are joining in = a delay with symptoms.
