Sore boobs
« on: September 23, 2024, 03:13:59 PM »

Gosh, it’s been about 5 days now. They’re so heavy it’s awful.  It’s murder trying to dress and shower each day.
Now, I did change my patch change time to Sunday night and Thursday noon, instead of Sunday night and Thursday night, but surely that’s not an issue? I have forgotten to change a patch before, or have used one earlier because of that days activities and I haven’t experienced it so far in the nearly 9 months I’ve been on HRT (Evorel Conti)

What were your periods doing b4 you began replacement and which symptom would you like to ease first?

It may be that your own hormones are 'joining in' and if so, the change of regime may be the cause.  OUCH!

My periods stopped in 2022  :o
I decided to try HRT in 2024, as I was a shell of myself, and had been for years. Constant flat mood, weepy at anything and everything, highly anxious, crawly itchy skin, hot flushes, reclusive behaviour, unable to sleep, and terrible brain fog.
Thankfully all that has cleared up on Evorel Conti.

Goodness knows why this symptom has appeared. I did consider my own hormones, but who knows.

It could be that you need to change the strength of your patches. I would say if it continues then have a chat with your provider.

Hi Sphynx, my boobs only get sore if I have too much estrogen. It's how I know if I'm taking too much Sandrena gel.

I agree with what Aubrey said. Sore large boobs = too much oestrogen.
