Hi Hope, sorry you're not feeling great today. Maybe it's the type of HRT your patch is which is causing these feelings? I've never used a patch HRT but remember the 1st tablet I was on cured my hot flushes, but my mood swings were awful! Thankfully, my GP at the time was the husband of one of my teaching colleagues (she was also a good friend) and put me on another one straight away, which helped and I was sorted.
Maybe one of the ladies on here, who is on HRT patches can help you better than me? I hope so
