OK where is the parathesia and has it been diagnosed as that?
Was the MRI the whole body scan?
For example. there is a condition: carpal tunnel syndrome: which may occur during pregnancy and is common in peri menopause.  Typically the sufferer hangs the hands over the side of the bed to gain relief.  I don't know whether this would show on MRI ..........
Do u have indigestion or acid reflux because these can manifest as chest 'problems'.  Tingling can be caused by all kinds of issues, something as small as a nerve in the neck which momentarily causes pain/sensations.  When my neck nips it's over in an instant, nothing to show a GP at all.
U could self refer to a physio who can check your gait.  Something as simple as the 'wrong' shoes may sometimes cause weird symptoms.  Also sitting incorrectly during the day, or needing a new mattress ..........
