Hello again gillybilly.
I have just seen Sheila's reply and it may be that all you need to do is to double your Utrogestan in order to keep your womb lining thing.
For some reason I assumed that the change in Utrogestan usage applied to higher doses of Oestrogen only. Like you I am on a low/standard dose of Oestrogen ( 1 mg sachet of Sandrena gel ) and I thought that my 100mg of Utrogestan would be sufficient. Certainly it seems to be working well so far and I haven't had any spotting or bleeding issues while taking it. I did however have problems when using it vaginally and although this method works for some ladies it didn't suit me.
Take care.

Thanks, I may try it,
I've reduced the oestrogel to 1 pump, so the ratio has changed anyway
Pelvis feels tender and heavy. The ultrasound stated their was an area of fluid, which "may" be a poylp. I don't want to Google any more
Only on it for my bones, I think one pump is too low to be effective

Hello again gillybilly.
I hope you get this sorted soon. It is so frustrating when HRT solves one problem but creates another.
I think some ladies here have had an area of fluid detected that turned out to be nothing of concern so I hope that is the case for you.
Wishing you well and take care.
