You could try the progesterone vaginally instead - this avoids first pass metabolism and delivers a higher dose to the endometrium.
Alternatively, and this might cost you more but could be worth trying, is changing your patch more often eg every 2 days.
The manufacturers claim they last 3-4 days but with real world use they are often flagging after less than this especially if crinkled or detaching around the edges ( I used them for IVF)
Also, if the bleeding has been fully investigated and is benign, it doesn't necessarily need to be eradicated at the expense of your quality of life. Feeling well and wearing a panty liner is a legitimate option.
