Out shopping yesterday looking for congestion tablets and next to it was a tiny tub called "Tiger", which was for tension headaches.

What's a tiger got in its tank ;-) ..........     

Is it a preparation to rub in to the neck muscles for example?  Tension can come from all around the neck and shoulders, when tired or anxious my shoulders are up round my ears

Is it Tiger balm? I did check  ingredients🥴no real tiger bits in it thank goodness😳I use it on my neck & shoulders it’s so warming so I’ll rub a bit on my forehead & see if it helps😀

Yes it was Tiger Balm.

There were 2 different ones - white for tension headaches and red for muscle aches & pains.

What might B the difference  and how often do they require application?

I’m going to try the white one as I only have the red one. I’ll check the ingredients to see what the difference  is🤔
