GSM will prevent you from having penetrative sex, that I am sure will be good enough for your GP

For sure, if they think it might stop you from putting out they will send it over to your house in a blue light ambulance ;D

Totally unnecessary, unhelpful and not in the slightest bit funny comment. At 37 years old no-one wants to think their sex life is over.

Some of your posts come across as extremely misandristic.

Not a very grown up response particularly from someone that comes across as having extensive medical knowledge, GSM and the consequences of that are serious and certainly not to be laughed at.

If I’m honest I didn’t understand Bombshell’s response but clearly, SundayGirl you did and maybe it's a generation thing on my part and perhaps it's coming from a troubled past.

Agree Ayesha.

A girl who "puts out" is the one all the boys want to date. Not because she's beautiful, friendly, intelligent etc but because she'll readily sleep with them.

And for clarification, as I personally dislike people using words without explaining what they mean, a misandrist (a man hater) is the female version of a male misogynist (a woman hater).

Well I’m definitely not “putting out” much at the minute which I know will be frustrating for my husband  :'(

I’m scared incase it’s that dry/sore that it hurts and I end up with a UTI, which kills the moment for sure!

I have been in your shoes as far as that goes, although I'm older than you. Vaginal oestrogen has made a huge difference. No more discomfort and able to relax.

Did you end up buying Estriol online?

I’m glad to hear it helped you, hoping I can have the same too.

No, I tried yesterday but realised when I got to the end of the online questionnaire they would only give me it if I had already been prescribed it off my doctor which I haven’t, and as I had to enter my GP details aswell I figured they’d soon find out if I lied. So I will just go the normal route with my GP and explain my symptoms to get the cream through them.

Every day a school day, thanks for the explanation, SundayGirl. I suppose every generation has its own phrases and no wonder I don't understand half the things that are said on the family WhatsApp group from all the young things on there  :)

LittleClaire, perhaps its for the best but you have a good case to put forward in getting the right treatment necessary for you to lead a normal life.
Do keep us up to date on how it all goes at your appointment.
