Lanzetto wearing off

Hello all, I’m new here.  I’m elli,47 and in full on peri meno, probably for around 4 years now.  I got given HRT when I was having my IUD removed, and the doc noticed symptoms. I was very shocked as I thought menopause was something I didn’t have to worry about for a long time! So naive! Anyway, i have been on Lanzetto sprays, and utrogesten cyclically for all that time up until now.
The initial symptoms of joint pain, low mood motivation, weight gain, dry eye etc all improved within days and I was set.  However, that has now ended and I’m feeling very anxious about everything, no motivation again, want to curl up and sleep my life away.  I’m always running too hot, and the sweating I do when I simply run the hoover over is ridiculous,so I’m wondering if my oestrogen is too low.  I am currently on 3 sprays of Lanzetto, so I think I may have to try something else.. as hoping someone more knowledgeable than me can help, and any advice as I make an app for HRT review in the next few days.
Thanks

Hi your other transdermal choices would be oestrogen patches or gel. Lenzetto has been found to be not as strong as it was expected to be.

Hi there,

I’m not sure how many sprays of Lenzetto are allowed until maximum so hopefully someone can help you there. If you can go up a spray then you’ll soon know if it helps.

I was doing fine on 2 sprays of Lenzetto for over 2 years but struggled when I tried to raise it to 3 or even 3/2 alternating. Lenzetto doses are a bit weird apparently.

Hi Ellimorgan,

I'm on Lenzetto and the maximum dose too, which is 3 sprays per day.  Maybe you're not absorbing it as well as a different product, so perhaps a chat to your GP to see what your other options are. I was on Evorel patches before and didn't seem to be absorbing on those hence changin over to Lenzetto.  Perhaps the gel would be better for you?
