not used this myself but my friend uses this and she uses 1 pump in the morning and 1 in the evening, alternating between her tummy, inner thighs and inner forearm

Why are you using it and what are you hoping that using it will achieve re symptoms etc? You can get estriol on NHS for vaginal atrophy.
