Hello I’ve previously been on estalis continuous 50/250 but a couple of months ago they were unavailable so I ran out
I was fine for about a month or so but then the hot flushes returned with a vengeance and I’ve had trouble sleeping
My doc gave me estrogel cream and prometrium tablets
I took the dose in the morning on an empty stomach and started feeling a bit sick not long after. I did it for 3 days but the nausea never really went away and I had a metal type taste in my mouth with a dry mouth and bad breath.
I decided to stop a couple of days ago and the nausea was mostly gone.
My chemist finally got the patches back in stock so I checked with the chemist if I could start them today and she said yes
I put a patch on and about 5 hours later the nausea and metal taste returned
Is the tablet still in my system from 2 days ago and did the patch make it worse ?
I’ve never felt sick on the patches. I ended up taking it off shall I wait a few days before trying again ?
Sorry for the long post. I just want to stop feeling hot all the time
