If micronised progesterone is causing you such misery and angst why not look into alternatives rather than living in dread of your next progesterone course and potentially putting yourself at risk of endometrial hyperplasia trying to minimise it as much as possible.

Some people tolerate synthetics like mirena IUS, norethisterone, desogestrel or slynd a lot better.

Alternatively there's tibolone.

Surely one of these has to be better than considering taking it up the ass!
