Hi girls when l went l seen doc and she made sure l fiulled criteria.. you have to be at least a 36e/ee. have a bmi of less than 29 l think it was, you have had to of had physio for any problems you have, asked if l got rashes or bad back or neck pain and if it affected me mentally sort of thing... and that was more or less it. Got referred to a plastic surgeon seen him he referred me to breast clinic for check up and mammogram due to lumpiness which lm pleased to say was all breast tissue now its up to me to pack in smoking within the next few months which l have to do but l have other health probs and l tend to smoke when lm in pain so l need to get that sorted out asp!!!  Keep at it x

Heres the Daily Mail article http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1195195/The-Kush-ion-stops-breasts-going-bump-night.html

the pillow that I have is a little different its more of a pillow shape , perhaps not so suggestive !! lol but the same principle, its washed so many times I am thinking of renewing it.

Thanks for that Ladyjane.

I think my breasts are beyond help now, they've reached below my waist. :'(

The article was interesting, but the readers' comments weren't very encouraging!

I've never thought about wearing a bra in bed! I'm always glad to remove my bra at the end of the day, especially in the summer. Not sure that I will wear one in bed as I think I'd get too hot, but I might be more comfortable without my boobs flapping about I suppose, and I'd certainly look better with the hideous things covered up!

Well done for the 17 days Niecsey!

I'm supposed to be referred for physiotherapy but again have heard nothing. I'm now getting tired of it all: tired of all the constant chasing up I have to do. It's been five months since I first approached my GP and nothing has happened at all. I'm on the point of giving up as from what I've learned I'm unlikely to fit the criteria anyway.I'd go private but my husband would never agree to pay for it, and I don't have enough of my own money to pay. :'(

Thanks for your support Niecsey. Maybe I'll pop round to the surgery tomorrow to ask what's going on re the physio, which I don't need or want, but have to go through the motions. ::)

I phoned the GP about my physio, as I thought I'd been forgotten again. She referred me to the hospital who said there is a two month waiting list before they even look at the doctors' referrals! My GP wrote to them in September, and they are just starting to look at September's cases now, so I may hear by the end of the year. Then it's back to the GP to convince the Health Trust that the physio didn't work, which it won't. How can physio lift up my boobs and uncurve my spine?

It would save the NHS a lot of money and time if I could just have someone look at me!
