Mirena Coil with Evorel 50

I’ve just started the Evorel 50 after being on estrogel. I also have a Mirena coil.
I’ve noticed I’m now getting cramp in my toes and calves occasionally!
Anyone else? I’m assuming it’s the change to using the patches?
