Hi all

So if you split the dose of gel (get a shower in morning then apply
I take it yiu get another shower in the evening before replying?

No you don’t need to . You could apply it to a different place or use it all at once in a morning .

But I'd rather do am and pm and cos of back problems I only like to do my arms ... so would I then shower in pm before my next gels?

Sorry I think what I meant to ask is can you reapply over the same area in the pm without showering first?

So if I've put gel on both arms in morning can I put it on the arms again in the evening or need to shower first?

That's the way I did it (thighs). It's possible you'll get a slightly reduced dose though. I didn't notice any difference but perhaps that's because I was asleep  .

I use Estrogel and i shower in the evening apply two pumps one on each inner thigh apply two in the same place in the morning I don’t shower before the morning dose , it doesn’t affect the way it works ,you don’t need to shower before each application unless you are using moisturiser or any kind of creams .

Hello ladies.

When I was splitting my Oestrogel dose between morning and evening I would shower first thing then apply the gel to my inner thigh. At bedtime I would wash and dry the other thigh and apply the gel. This way I alternated thighs and always applied to clean skin.

These days I am using one 1 mg of Sandrena gel and I apply this to alternate thighs every morning after I have showered.

Why don't you do arms AM and thighs PM? Then you won't be going over same area?
