Whilst I agree with most of what you say Angela, mirena and other progestins are not the same as bioidentical prog.

I've just tried the mini pill again. Does not work. Whereas my compounded bhrt progesterone acts in a totally different way.

Some woman I believe are lucky in getting by with progestin helping balance. Not me.  >:(
