What magnesium is best to take with gel estrogen and tablet progesterone

 :)Hi
I’ve recently started taking gel eastrogen and progesterone tablets
Is there any preferred magnesium that is recommended to take? I’ve Rea that it can help with sleep and other symptoms

It mayB wise to keep with the HRT regime for at least 3 months.  Sometimes progesterone can help/not sleep.
