Thanks so much Mary, Angela and Joziel for your helpful suggestions. It is really good to have reassurance that this is a normal part of perimenopause and that there are some ways to help alleviate the insomnia. I start the utrogestan part for the 2nd time tomorrow and hopefully will improve sleep. Hope you all have a lovely Easter :)

i have found reakiro cbd gummies 25mg to be helpful. easy to chew on if your in bed and not sleeping x
