Burning no itching
« on: April 06, 2024, 09:13:26 PM »

Jeez it’s no fun eh? I tried Vagifem ten days ago. It wasn’t for me and I stopped it quite quickly however I’ve since had an intermittent burning sensation. Currently using sudocrem to calm it a bit. I just want to feel normal again.  :'(

I think you mentioned that you have now asked for estriol cream to try and hope that will help.  You may need to give it a bit of time though.

Couple of other things you can do is to wear cotton pants so breathable and wash them in very little powder & rinse really well or wash just with water. Avoids soap powder irritants.

Shower rather than bath and wash with a suitable soap substitute or just water.

Thank you. All these symptoms seems to have come on very quickly. Weird.

There is a long running thread called the Burning Club in the private lives section.  I was just going to bump it up for you but someone has posted this afternoon and it is now at the top of the list.
Worth a gradual read through.

A club noone really wants to join......
