Hello lovely ladies!

Had hysteroscopy endometrium resected and removal of polyps last Mon 22 Jan.
Recovering slowly feel like wearing belt that stabs me sometimes!
Keen to get back to vigorous excercise! They say 2 weeks. I felt I was slow and asked GP who said it could take 6! Any experience you can share would be helpful!
I'm 47 had premature meno, very active doing hiit or pilates or running every day and missing it!!
Very grateful for this community! Feel like I'm being very slow to recover and keen to get some reassurance/ different experiences.

Criky you've had surgery Girl - give your body time to recover, heal and recuperate! 

I was told after appendicectomy not to lift anything heavier than a kettle - then our boiler broke down, so I carried a hot air blower around  .  In February

Thank u so much! I've been feeling quite frustrated but my body does tell me.

I think because I was told 2 weeks I'm a bit annoyed at myself but you know I'm old enough to listen to body.

Was good to speak to a super helpful GP - aren't they amazing!

And I just hate being inactive but will take it slow.

Yes kettle, doing the floors, walking, twisting still quite sore and from doing pilates I know I need to "hear" what my body is telling me
