It it helps when I started Setraline I tried it at night and I couldn't get on with it in terms of sleep although I know that is recommended to take it then. I read all over about it and saw people did take it in the morning. I tried that but for me the nausea didn't help that situation! In the end I went off piste and now take it around 5pm (sometimes that does stretch to 7pm) and that seems to work with both of those symptoms. I also have to not take it on an empty stomach. Sounds like you are starting to come out the other side. It takes a bit of time but hopefully soon you will have many more good days than difficult ones in terms of side effects and anxiety. x

Personally speaking I would definitely start low and build up. Hope you are doing ok x
