Hello. This is my first time posting as I’ve only been on HRT for 2 weeks.
I’m on Evorel Sequi.
 I also take the mini pill for contraception (have done for about a year).
Two days ago I put the Evorel Conti patch on and today I feel pretty much su1cidal.
I didn’t sleep at all last night and have severe anxiety. I can’t stop crying.
I’m going to book to see GP tomorrow as I can’t cope with this.
My friends (same as - 44) just have oestrogen only patch and Mirena coil. I’m going to ask GP about that.
Anyone have any advise or experience with these side effects? Thanks

Hi!   which peri-menopause symptom would you like to ease first?

U may not require replacement at all.  Do tell us why you asked for HRT?  What were your periods doing for example?

Stop the HRT for now.  Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.  Let us know how you get on!
