So I’m on oestrogen rx 100 patches and have been getting anxiety and funny heads and a few hot flushes every now and then, at last my gynaecologist appointment was today after waiting 14 months.

I was so glad I had a lovely doctor whom allowed me to explain my symptoms with anxiety being the worst, he is testing my blood to see if the dose I’m currently on is adequate and if I am absorbing it as I should be. He also mentioned adding testosterone if needed   

I’m so relieved as I so used to being told I can’t have a higher dose by my normal gp

There is now hope that my hormones can be levelled out a bit as when my hormones change my core body temperature changes thus making my ms symptoms worse.

I’m also getting my vit d  b12 and iron and thyroid tested too.
