Yes, I am also leaving out using Ovestin, which I only use half a pea size topically so shouldn't make a difference, hopefully, but still experimenting and seeing how it goes after a long time of using both treatments every day.

One thing I won't leave out is the moisturiser, that is extremely important to use daily in my opinion 

I wonder if I'm using too much of it. I just haven't noticed enough difference externally yet to reduce or stop

Don't reduce the dosage, you will soon know when its possible to do so then you can start to reassess things.
VA is not to be messed with otherwise it will bite you in the bum and have you running to the treatment pronto, its a nasty condition that has to be kept under control.

Ok, I'm maybe using too much in one go though,  there's no instructions with it. If it's a tablet it tells you how much to take!
