I tried the combipatch for the last 3 days. !st day was ok.. I was a little tired but warm felt ok. The next morining woke up to a nighmare RAGE. I dont rage I am not a raging person. I expected to wake up and be like I was the day before. I called my dr who was like.. if you dont like it take it off.
so I did. I am back to having trouble sleeping and hot flashes. but there has to be other altenatives to that patch. I had 1 day it was good and then it went south fast. WHY? what made that happen. I have long covid and would that have affected it. I live in the US. anyone have any clues why?
